Fellows are obliged to report the substance of their research to the Collegium's scientific community in a workshop setting. These workshops consist of a research presentation, followed by discussion and debate with the other Fellows.
The President of the Collegium chooses a topic from among the work discussed to be presented at a public meeting showcasing the Institute. This scientific cultural event is conceived from the perspective of research-action, which is prominent in the objectives of the Collegium de Lyon. It aims to communicate the results of research undertaken to the general public.
At the end of their stay at the Collegium, Fellows must give a short interview of around twenty minutes, in order to leave a record of their time in Lyon. The interviews are filmed and subsequently transcribed for publication in the collection, Interviews of the Collegium.
In addition, Fellows wishing to publish their research will be given the opportunity to do so (in print or electronically) under the auspices of the Collegium.
