The Ecole normale supérieure de Lyon is located in the 7th district of Lyon - called Gerland - close to Pasteur Bridge, on the left bank of the Rhône river.

ENS de Lyon (site Descartes) is located at the corner of Avenue Jean Jaurès and Avenue Debourg.
